The Coastal Zone of the Mekong Delta, Vietnam

The province of Bạc Liêu and the tranquil town of the same name are located in the southern most region of the Mekong Delta. One of my objectives for visiting Bạc Liêu was to photograph an offshore wind farm, a vast open space where ocean, sky and these massive wind turbines intersect.

These ubiquitous wind turbines dot the southern coast of Vietnam and are built mostly offshore where the aerodynamic forces are more potent.
