These three portraits of Srey Pich were taken through her bedroom window at her home in the dilapidated 1950’s movie theater the Hemakcheat now a slum dwelling in Phnom Penh.
Each portrait was taken a year apart as she recovered from her injury.
A car struck Srey Pich while crossing street breaking her leg. The driver was fined a $100 for the injury just enough to pay for a metal brace to be drilled into her leg.
